Coach Yeni:
 ISSA Board certified

After being overweight most of her life and finally committing to put in the work, she has lost over 45 lbs. While In this amazing journey she became a health and fitness coach while developing a passion to helping others to do the same. She has been able to sustain her weight loss for four years now. It's her turn to help others 💪

Coach Eve:
 ISSA Board certified

I was struggling with chronic pain throughout my life from mild Spinal Bifida and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at a young age, I managed to overcome these obstacles through diet and exercise. I achieved a reduction in medication intake and gained physical and inner strength.
I was a client of Anais in 2019 working on my health and fitness journey.
Inspired by my own excruciating journey, I became a Health and Fitness Coach to help and encourage other women to improve their quality of life.

Coach Jennifer:
Certified PT, Degree in school Psychology

Born: Dallas, Tx 
Favorite music: 80’s
Fav vacation: the mountains
Hobbies: knitting, crocheting, reading, running
Fun fact: lived in 6 states; have a massage therapy certification; degree in School Psychology 
Why I became a trainer: I lost around 45lbs in 2017. I followed a simple program with shakes. While I lost the weight I didn’t learn how to manage my nutrition on my own. When I fully transitioned to a vegan diet, that became more apparent. I’m in better shape in my 40’s now than in my 20’s. AZFit Academy helped me reach my goal and I wish to do the same for other women.

 Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training (Practitioner)

Hi my name is Eva and I am originally from Czech Republic. Through whole my life I was very active person, playing basketball, volleyball, swimming, athletic and I love it all. In 2011 I moved to the UK and start to work in management positions, which I liked at the moment but I wasn't sure if that is what I really want to do. My love for sport. health being and healthy life style was so strong its just basically make sense for me to book myself on PT and fitness qualification as I could put together all what I love and have passion for. And the best part is I can help others to change their life.
