Why I became a trainer: I lost around 45lbs in 2017. I followed a simple program with shakes. While I lost the weight I didn’t learn how to manage my nutrition on my own. When I fully transitioned to a vegan diet, that became more apparent. I’m in better shape in my 40’s now than in my 20’s. AZFit Academy helped me reach my goal and I wish to do the same for other women.
