Can I get fit without counting my macros?
In the beginning I always suggest to keep track of what you are eating just so you are conscious if you are eating enough. Nevertheless, on a plant based diet it’s easier to lose weight without counting macros because you are eliminating all processed foods and animal products. You are eating healthy sources of protein, carbs and fat.
Can I eat more food on a plant-based diet?
By eating more veggies and legumes you will definitely eat more in volume. Veggies are such a low dense calorie, you can have plenty and feel full.
Is it better for your body?
Yes, you will eat more whole food and cut down on processed foods. Cutting down on meat will help you to stay healthy and reverse some health issues. Sadly, the farmers have to give antibiotics to their animals for them to grow faster. What you eat is not only the meat, you are also absorbing those antibiotics in your body.
Where can I find protein from plants?
There is plenty in plants, such as: Tempeh, Seitan, Tofu, Black lentils, black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, quinoa, broccoli, kale, peas, just to name a few.
Will my whole family enjoy all the meals?

How can I stop craving meat or animal products while switching to a plant-based diet?
There are many alternatives that have similar taste to meat. If you love burgers and red meat, Beyond Meat has burgers and other products that are extremely similar to the taste, even the color. For chicken, Seitan can be very similar, it does taste like chicken kebab. For eggs, you have to try my scrambled tofu, it taste better than regular scrambled eggs. I also have an amazing Vegan Omelet which is 100% plant based. For dairy, I use Violife for cheese, the taste is very similar. Their feta cheese is amazing. For milk, I like to use Pea milk, it taste pretty similar to milk, but it contains 50% more calcium.

Most, if not all ingredients can be found at any grocery store.
