I am from St Tropez, France. I moved to the US in 2011.
I gained over 20 lbs within a few months of moving. Gaining weight has always be an issue for me since I have hypothyroidism.

I have struggled since a very young age to lose weight. I have tried all diets, low carbs, intermittent fasting, and all have failed.

Until one day I decided to take the leap and become a nutritionist. I went to School and became an NASM-CPT, Weight Loss Specialist, Women Fitness Specialist and a Nutrition coach.

It took years of studying until I found the method that no one teaches, that is sustainable, without cutting out your favorite foods 😋

I knew if I was struggling, many other men and women would be too, which was my purpose for becoming a coach.

My dream has always been to help others and here I am, I have helped countless of men and women to reach their dream body, regain their confidence, and be at their best.

Many of my students became coaches after working with me.
The amount of knowledge I gave them is not only to get them to their goal, but also maintain and keep doing amazing on their own.

I was born in the South of France in 1982 and moved to the U.S. in 2006. Shortly after moving, I gained over 20 lbs, partly due to having hypothyroidism since the age of 13.

This experience sparked my passion for health and fitness, particularly the holistic ways to heal our bodies. My mission is to empower women to take control of their nutrition and teach them the skills needed to maintain their results.

I want my students to feel confident, vibrant, and stronger while thriving on a plant-based diet. Many of the women I work with are going through perimenopause or menopause and struggle with the changes this brings. They often rely on outdated methods like calorie restriction and fasting, but there's more to it. As estrogen levels drop and cortisol levels rise, we need to adjust our lifestyle and nutrition to maintain a healthy metabolism.

Being lean and fit after our 40s, 50s, and 60s is achievable by learning how to properly fuel our bodies and exercise effectively. Proper nutrition and exercise can help us avoid many diseases, feel more energetic, and maintain a high quality of life.

Instead of focusing solely on weight loss, the goal should be fat loss, maintaining and increasing muscle mass, and lowering body fat for optimal health. More muscle means a faster metabolism, making it easier to maintain results without yo-yo dieting.
